Times are changing and open houses do not work for everyone. This is why we offer digital home tours that allow prospective buyers to tour your home from the comfort of theirs, through an immersive 3D tour.

Open houses are much more than just a sign out front that invites people into your home to look around, they are a way that we can engage with potential buyers and directly ask for their feedback. Even more, our open houses come with a strategic plan! We will position your home across social media and Realtor websites to ensure maximum exposure. Events are created within Facebook that people are able to attend, and will be sent a reminder on the day of to ensure maximum turnout.

Feedback

When someone shows your property, their feedback, good or bad, is essential to getting your home sold. Our Client Care Representative, who will be in touch with you weekly, calls all agents who show your home and delivers that feedback to you. We’ll be able to take action immediately to help ensure that your home has its best face forward.
